When downloading songs from Bluefrogsounds.com please remember that there is a time frame between buying and downloading, and also a maximum number of times you can download a song.

After payment is accepted you will receive an email with a link to download the songs you have purchased.

How many days do I have to download a song after I purchase it?

You must download a song within 7days of purchase. After the7 days, the song file will no longer be available for you to download. If you haven't been able to download the song(s) within the time frame for whatever reason please email us at musicdownloads@bluefrog.co.in we will then determine if it is possible to restore the song file.

How many times can I download a song?

If for some reason your download is interrupted or a song does not download completely, you may download it again. Each bluefrogstore.com song file can be downloaded anunlimited number of timeswithin the seven day period.

How long does it take to download music?

To download an average song (8 to 12 MB) takes:
* Broadband (T1, DSL, ISDN, cable modem): under 2 minutes
* 56 Kbps modem: 30-40 minutes

Actual download time varies, depending on the length of the song, your system configuration, site traffic and network traffic.
